\u00e9taient pr\u00e8s pour l&#8217;entrainement. apr\u00e8s une sortie \u00e0 la voile (pas de moteur sur les J80). l&#8217;organisation nous un mouill\u00e9 un parcours d&#8217;entrainement qui
