Le temps de faire les inventaires, les deux \u00e9quipages sont partis s&#8217;entra\u00eener vers 10h30, 11h par un mistral d&#8217;environ 20 n\u0153uds avec des gv r\u00e9duites (anciennes gv recoup\u00e9es au deuxi\u00e8me ris).  L&#8217;entra\u00eenement \u00e0 permis de prendre ses marques et de travailler les virements, le vent \u00e9t\u00e9 trop fort pour essayer le spi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p> Le vent forcissant avec des pointes \u00e0 40 noeuds, nous sommes rentr\u00e9 peu apr\u00e8s 13h00, au moment o\u00f9 arrivait Yvon sur sont first 30, accompagn\u00e9 d&#8217;un coll\u00e8gue de martigue .<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La fin de l&#8217;entra\u00eenement a \u00e9t\u00e9 remplac\u00e9 par un briefing de teamwind sur le r\u00e9glage des grands surprises.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ohana nous a rejoint en fin d&#8217;apr\u00e8s midi, avec ses nouvelles barres de fl\u00e8che. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le vents s&#8217;est encore renforc\u00e9 en fin d&#8217;apr\u00e8s midi, faisant fumer la mer jusque dans le port.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les premi\u00e8res manches devraient commancer demain \u00e0 11h.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Pour ce premier jour d&#8217;entra\u00eenement, nous sommes arriv\u00e9s au frioul par la navette de 8h50.
