Le vent \u00e9tabli Nord-Ouest\n\u00e0 une vitesse de 20 \u00e0 30 n\u0153uds dans la baie permettait que la calanque soit relativement\n\u00e0 l\u2019abri. La matin\u00e9e a donc \u00e9t\u00e9 utilis\u00e9e pour&nbsp;:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Appropriation du mat\u00e9riel de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 et du\nfonctionnement du bateau (VHF, GPS, Gr\u00e9ement courant, gilets de sauvetage\nauto-gonflant,\u2026)<\/li><li>V\u00e9rifications avant d\u00e9part&nbsp;(niveaux\ngasoil, refroidissement, huile, charge batteries)<\/li><li>Pique-nique dans le cockpit<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;L\u2019appareillage a tout\nd\u2019abord \u00e9t\u00e9 organis\u00e9 (amarres, position du bateau, pr\u00e9paration man\u0153uvre sortie\net rentr\u00e9e) avec chacun \u00e0 son poste&nbsp;:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Barre&nbsp;: Jean Claude pour la sortie, Marie\nFrance puis Antoine pour la rentr\u00e9e<\/li><li>Amarre arri\u00e8re tribord&nbsp;: Thibaut<\/li><li>Amarre arri\u00e8re-b\u00e2bord&nbsp;: Thibaut,\nsurveillance descente pendille<\/li><li>Amarre avant tribord&nbsp;: Marie France<\/li><li>Amarre avant-b\u00e2bord&nbsp;+ pendille : Antoine\npour la sortie et Jean Claude pour la rentr\u00e9e<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Une fois sortis en mer dans la baie,\nnous avons pu chacun nous entrainer tout d\u2019abord&nbsp; aux man\u0153uvres au moteur&nbsp;(en marche\navant&nbsp;: tenue d\u2019un cap, sensations &nbsp;de barre, rond sur l\u2019eau, en marche&nbsp; &nbsp;arri\u00e8re&nbsp;: tenue de barre, droit puis\nzigzag puis approche bou\u00e9e et arr\u00eat face au vent, exercice de r\u00e9cup\u00e9ration d\u2019un\nhomme \u00e0 la mer (simul\u00e9 par un pare-battage jet\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019eau avec alternance sur les\nr\u00f4les de barreur, pointeur, relais barreur et r\u00e9cup\u00e9rateur) puis exercice de\nmouillage \u00e0&nbsp;    <\/figcaption><\/figure><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Apr\u00e8s ces exercices nous avons navigu\u00e9\n\u00e0 la voile dans la baie de Cassis.&nbsp; Suite\n\u00e0 la baisse du vent nous avons l\u00e2ch\u00e9 les 2 ris puis d\u00e9roul\u00e9 le g\u00e9nois pour\nr\u00e9aliser plusieurs bords avec des man\u0153uvres de virement et d\u2019empannage. Pour\ncette premi\u00e8re journ\u00e9e Jean-Claude et Antoine ont altern\u00e9 aux postes de barreur\net de r\u00e9glage de la GV tandis que Marie-France et Thibaut s\u2019occupaient respectivement\ndes embraques B\u00e2bord et Tribord. Ce moment a \u00e9t\u00e9 suivi d\u2019une nuit reposante dans nos duvets et sous\nles couvertures permettant de compenser la temp\u00e9rature dans la cabine stabilis\u00e9e\n\u00e0 14\u00b0C. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le Lendemain, notre second chef de bord Eric C nous a rejoint avec les viennoiseries pour le petit d\u00e9jeuner. Apr\u00e8s debriefing des notions acquises la veille et remise en pratique avec r\u00e9p\u00e9titions des man\u0153uvres de tourner en rond et de marche arri\u00e8re, nous avons entrepris de nous diriger vers la Ciotat.
